Why doesn't this game have shared Inventory?
The inventory system is for all purposes shared with regards to getting items from each other. I can drink a potion a another PC holds even if they're nowhere near me.
Why then is there this silly encumbrance minigame that takes up valuable game time for no reason?
The only possible reason would be for narrative items that are locked to a PC, but for this surely you can just add a note on those items that says that.
Pointless busywork that adds nothing interesting to the game should be removed, and I think the party should have a combined inventory with pooled weight and encumbrance.
We already have essentially a bag of holding anyway with "send to camp" (which we can freely travel to almost whenever) so I don't think anything is lost from an immersive experience if this change was made.
Have I missed anything here? What value does the split inventory at the moment hold - beside dragging out playtime with admin.
