Chack some other merchants, sometimes they have some. But mostly i got them from dead enemies or found them in barrels or chests or something like that.
Because Tingalf usualy has alot of them, i always turn him in just before i'll hit the gong to go to the wastelands. (after that Kroxy has usualy some too).
