Have any of the romance paths been confirmed to open up the option of a polyamorous pursuit?

so far they all do... the issue is are you good or evil not is there two dicks

They do? Huh. Well, in that case, I suppose it's too early to tell if any of them can be carried all the way to the end of the campaign.

I don't think anyone can give a definitive answer to that question, but there are some interesting hints that there may be.

Shadowheart in particular does not outright reject the possibility of having a threesome, instead she dismisses the idea with a possibility of it happening in the future.

So there may be, but there also may not be. Until the game comes out, nobody will know for sure. But so far they don't seem to care if you flirt with everyone else and make them all want to sleep with you.

I don't think romance options as they look now are how romance options come full release. For example, all of the Early Access companions are bisexual right now, which I think is less about being PC as some like to rant about, but rather a placeholder sexuality so that players feel they have more to choose from while it's only Early Access.

I don't see any reason why the writers can't/aren't already writing in poly options for romance or sex. Shouldn't be available to all companions, imo, but some should be open to it, some not, some may be written as initially open but later wanting exclusivity with PC. In other words opening up for three way dramas, as well. ;-p

Sure, why not? There are quite a few reasons to make it an option.
