Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Cannot Long Rest - Cannot Go to Camp - Softlocked

I and my group of 4 have a game-breaking bug preventing us from progressing further. The long rest button does not work for any of us. Clicking the button teleports the party to the user, but no long rest takes place. Opening the map to teleport to camp presents you with a "Leave Camp" teleport option. Clicking leave camp does nothing. Using a bedroll does not work for long rests even when used by all party members. We can't progress as we have no health or spell slots. Reloading earlier saves does not fix the issue. No mods have been used and we are playing on the most recent patch. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Start a new game? I had this during this patch too and found no solution (though who knows, maybe if you sit on your head, mash q+b+e rapidly three times in succession, make the secret call of the Fraternal Order of Water Buffalos, something might happen?
I just hope it doesn't happen in the release.

which game build are you playing because most recent is different between platforms... also which camp are you going to [return to day light out side of any cave or building then] press the camp option to return to main camp

you say loading old saves doesn't fix the issue... are these old saves before you patched the game to current version?

1 you need to be all together at this time i.e, with in talking distance of each other
2 you have some suplies to eat [40 points] you can buy these from the druid grove or use food items
3 are you doing a timed quest like return to druid grove for final battle... because that quest has prerexs

I have emailed support about this as well. We have enough supplies. We are all together. There are no timed quests occurring. All saves have been made in the past 72 hours. I actually did find an earlier save that was able to long rest but it was more than 8 hours of gameplay ago. This is on the most recent PC patch as of 11/10/22.
