While I am very much looking forward to playing Paladins, and the new trailer looked frankly amazing, I am a little disappointed that some of the unfinished subclasses still remain terrible.

Great Old One Warlocks for example still are essentially useless. But what is the point of having them in the game then? Why not just release Fiend Warlocks in EA?
The other pacts are also still missing (and imo require playtesting!), but there I can see them keeping that for the full release.

Still, with Great Old One, I just don't understand why they are not fixed...
Imo, really getting what is in the game already right, should have priority over adding new features and classes/ subclasses.

I'd agree with you, if we've been talking about a finished product. Then I completely agree, that fixing existing problems is a top priority. But we are talking about an EA build of the game, so the priorities shift towards finishing the product as a whole and then starting to tweak it here and there.

The new patch is in 4 days so might be some interesting changes and improvements. They did show quite a lot of new stuff with the GameAwards trailer, especially classes having new goodies., so might be new stuff being added to them.

As for what they should prioritize, nobody here has insight into what goes on in the studio, so they know better on what they should prioritize in relation to the team effort, schedules and such.

Im confused about character models ... especialy Gale and Shadowheart, who still dont look like on their artworks (shadowheart somehow erased her tatoo, and Gale for some reason dont wear those bandages) ... i mean chaning this should be relatively easy, no?


I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. frown
