So I don't know how this is the first time I have noticed this, but this is just sloppy. Why is the rapier two-handed? It isn't marked that way, but you can't equip an off-hand weapon with it. That is a classic style of rogue play. I know that sneak attack is still broken so you can only use it with your main hand, but it would be nice if at least you could properly use an off-hand weapon.

Because it's based on the PHB, where rapiers are a one-handed weapon but not a light weapon (which is, actually, realistic). So you can't use an off-hand weapon unless you use a feat.
