In my current playthrough in this patch, the stranded fisher people couldn't be found anywhere (at the Ravaged Beach). Normally, they can be found being mind-controlled by a mindflayer (to help them out of the debris).
I wonder if that's a bug or by design (temporarily removed to be worked on maybe)?
Anyone else had them missing in their game?
