Astarion and Shadowheart both have the cantrip firebolt. Does anyone else have this? I've been making new profiles with every patch, with another for playing with mods, so I'm wondering if I forgot to scrub something after the last patch, or if something crossed over with the new way profiles are dealt with.

I also noted the fishers trying to save the Mind-Flayer are missing, if that's related.

They've changed default high elf cantrip to firebolt.
SH and Astarion seem to get the default cantrip, not the minor illusion specifically

Thanks, I hadn't considered that. Minor Illusion, probably makes more thematic sense, but I'd wager few use is.

It's not a bug. It's by design (both things) as stated by the patch notes.

Firebolt is the new default cantrip for High (half-)elves (before it was Minor Illusion).
In my opinion, this is a reasonable change when it comes to the Character Creation, but it doesn't fit Astarion (a rogue) and SH (a trickery domain cleric with +0 Int).

Hopefully, on full release, we will be able to customize the companions when they join the party.
