In the past, you used to be able to donate 200 gold worth of stuff to a shopkeeper and you would go from 0 to 100 attitude. This increased what they'd offer for gear and decreased what they charged. And it stacked with charisma, so it helped to do this with your party's face who would handle all transactions.
But now I find that donating 200 gold worth of stuff only bumps the attitude up by 20. And giving subsequent amounts doesn't move the needle at all. I haven't checked yet to see if trying again after a long rest changes anything. Or if you have to wait so many hours of play to give another donation.
Anyone else figure out the new rules?
