As far as i understand it (even tho im not sure, since Loading property have no tooltip ingame) ...
One shouldnt be able to make two shots with Crossbow, unless he have some Feat ... i didnt take any Feat on my Dwarf, so im quite sure i dont have it ... and yet, i can shoot twice.

Well, there's no Crossbow Expert feat in the game to allow one use multi-attack with a crossbow, so I guess it's welcome for the time being. I suppose we still get a free bonus attack with the hand crossbow, another benefit of the Crossbow Expert feat. At this point we'd need some redesign to make Crossbow Expert very useful, well useful beyond allowing one to use a ranged weapon in melee without disadvantage.

You are technically correct. In tabletop 5e, weapons with the "loading" property, to include heavy crossbow, can only attack once per round. These require the Crossbow Expert feat to ignore "loading" property. I actually don't really see this as an issue in a CRPG. I never liked the 5e design decision for loading to begin with, despite it being more 'correct' in the real world.
