using Create Water on the fire in Waukeen's Rest causes people within the water to be electrocuted. Is there bad wiring in the hotel or am I missing some sort of interaction?
Yes I've experienced the same and it's been a bug for several patches now. Not sure why it does so, but it always happens at Waukeen's and mostly down in the kitchen area for me.
