PC (GOG) - Hotfix #30, system spec is in my signature - I am not using GOG Galaxy to launch the game, nor am I using the Larian launcher, I just launch the game using BG3.exe. - No mods in use.
I just entered the Druid Grove, and found a Goblin Sazza locked in a cage.
Decided to free her, and then sneaked out of the Grove.
Sazza led me to a Goblin camp ..
Soon after Shadowheart is talking to me and there is a problem with her dialogue, I highlighted the dialogue options chosen in the following screenshots :

Second issue was with Halsin (sorry if I got his name wrong, leader of the druids, you find him at the Goblins camp place where some young Goblin are throwing stones at the Bear ..
.. After rescuing him, the dialogue doesnt work right, sometimes you answer him and then nothing comes up, you are stuck looking at Halsin and no further responses come up.
I found if you press escape key, then resume game, and then press number 1 .. Bizzarely this gets a line of dialogue back. If you do this three times you get past the dialogue problem and continue the game.
