Problem? Finally got to get dwarven teleporter scroll.
Lars (?) was there to greet me?? yes i talked with the
other marked one. The game forces you? It wasn't there
and neither was the dwarf. Is there a trigger?
The only quests finished are Slasher, Sanity, Dead cattle,
cursed abbey, church, and zombie rivertown.
With just these few Quests done i am at lv-21. The
experience points gained compared to the other
DV games IS much better!

Side note: I did not save that but returned to a privious
save.

There are 3 scrolls in the game - maybe you came out of the direction of Glenborus, the Dwarven village? If so, you'll find the scroll in the mayor's house on a table.

The dwarf in the Inn was on his way to Glenborus, that's why you missed it. If you had come from west (Glenborus and surroundings uncovered), you would've met the dwarf.

I dont think this is a spoiler question? I had to go pretty
far back in my saved games. yes i came thru the dwarven
village. Now which gives you the more experience points?
Thru the village or to come around the barricks side?
I do know that YOU can steal more items if scroll is
at the inn. Cause the reset puts items back into the room.
