I travel quite a bit and therefore have and play DOS2 on my PC, Macbook and iPad.

I have purchased the game from GOG, so do not have access to steam saves.

I use GOG cloud backup/saves.

I would like to be able to synchronize my saves across all devices.

Currently, the only way I can do this is to activate iCloud saves for the ipad (from iPad settings menu -> Divinity 2 -> and select "store profiles and saves in iCloud".

I can see and access this folder from both my macbook (obvs!)
and also my PC (I have installed iCloud for windows)

I then have to manually copy over the respective 'story' folder (or use a synchronizing program like 'syncback' for windows)

Using symbolic links would be fine in theory, but in practice this doesn't work, as the default save location on the PC in in my user documents folder, which itself is a OneDrive folder.

Is there a work-around someone could suggest? Or is this something Larian would have to address by allowing us to move/redirect the savegam folder?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

I note the iCloud saves option in the launcher for DOS on the mac. However, this cannot be enabled. Is there a way to do so? …. or would I have to disable GOG cloud sync?
