all of a sudden i am aware that i actually have played the entire game with some sort of a bug!
Everytime i Quicksave or save in general all the way from act1 i get the picture with the hero and knight chained together..(installed patches upon release,,1.42-1.45 )...upon entering actIV after killing the guardian and entering the door the game crashes..even tho i go several saves backwards it crashes when i try to enter the gate that leads to the academy!
i didn't think it a bug before since it has worked so far, but there is no picture attached to the save files all the way from act1.
what did i do?
I reinstalled the game and installed the 1.44 patch just to experience that is incompatible with 1.45 saves..then i installed 1.45 again and i was lucky that a save just before killing the Bishop in the catacombs worked!..now i was allowed to enter the acadamy and also..everytime i save now it shows the background of the playground instead of the load picture and the save files also have a picture of the playground attached to it now!
Dunno if it is usefull for larian, but it almost made me quit the game...maybe others face the same problem../shrug
Edit: I think the pictures not showing in the load/save panel is connected to fsaa, but nevertheless the game crashed upon entering the academy!
