This is something of a shower thought i had and yeah i wonder what kind of Easter Eggs we'll see in the game....maybe we might get a Jack of Blades mask from Fable or something of the sort that would be pretty cool.

Plenty of Easter Eggs from other BG games and some Larian games I imagine. Probably some DnD Easter Eggs too. That covers a lot of ground though.

References to the other BG games would just tell us the canonical events really. They could do something really silly like a dead dude dressed in green with a dead fairy next to him that could eaither be Link or Peter Pan. Something funny like that.

Easter Eggs are a good addition only if:
1) there is a good enough joke to them
2) It's hard enough to find and trigger that the silliness of the easter egg acts as a 4th wall breaking reward.

If all one does if a reference (like your link/peter pan example) than it is just not good enough.

There's a random NPC hidden away with special dialogue based on your romance decisions. If you didn't romance anyone, they say "Unfortunately, you are maidenless."
