Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General Hold Person spell/scroll

Can someone explain to me why the Hold person spell scroll will NOT work on Auntie Ethel/the hag? I keep getting an error that it can only be used on humanoids which IMO she is. Or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?

she's fey. not a humanoid. if you check her identity tag you will see.

Ok that there answers that but how is some videos I've seen allowing her to be held without being able to move or attack?

We're they using a diff spell or using mods?

could be Command:Still. I've used that to kill her in her teahouse myself.
