click on the bag and the bag will open another window (sometimes it will be behind your inventory so if you don't see it click and drag to move your inventory window over a little.) Once you've opened the bag you have five available slots that you can put crystals into. (click and drag the desired crystal into the open slot.) You can change these anytime you like, they are not permenant like the charms.
