I noticed that Shadowhart's ability enchantment spell doesn't seem to do anything. At least for will rolls you have to make when reading a certain book there is no difference.

Owl's Wisdom gives you an advantage on wisdom skill checks, but not saving throws. Usually in dialogue we are getting skill checks, so the various flavours of Enhance Ability do help, but when reading the Necromancy of Thay we're actually being required to make Wisdom saving throws to which the advantage doesn't apply. I'm no expert, but I believe that this is in line with 5e rules as written.
