Obviously there will need to be small tweaks to make them fit different species (like halfling to elf), but damn, if we aren't gonna get anything more granular, then just open up all faces for all races. Add a few more faces while you're at it and then boom, we have 40-50 choices for a face instead 6.
It's so strange to me that a game that otherwise really embraces freedom and character choice and has expansive options, a D&D game where everyone is gonna wanna make their own character, only lets you choose between 5-9 different preset faces. Wild. The modders will save us all.
