"Accidental" time off is better than planned. If you plan time off for a digitally distributed game the download will be slow, the servers will be down, the game will be an unplayable mess, your computer will catch fire. Probably all of them at once.

Yes everyday I'm counting the days before the release !!!
I will play this game until I cannot bear it anymore, I'll do a small break and restart again with pleasure laugh In 5 or 10 years I will still be playing it again and hopefully to DLC.

My company imposed remote work for the first half of august. I don't know how I will be able to focus on work during that time haha.

At times like these I wish I was working in a corpo to have those swanky benefits of working from home laugh

As it is the first two weeks of August I'll be in a accountant hell, hopefully I'll be able to get the 4th off work. This way I'll spend the evening of 3rd in character creator and 3 days after getting the show on the road.

Aaaahhh, so exited smile

I like the game and play it a lot. I would have preferred some things different but so be it. Larian has always supported Mods so I'm sure I'll be able to fine tune my experience closer to my ideal. I am really looking forward to release and I'm happy it has been brought forward. I am concerned my machine may not be able to handle some of the more intensive settings (I notice a real drop in performance in the part of Grymforge where you meet Nere).

Here's a bit of positivity for ya'll! I like that they went an interesting direction for their barbarian. Karlach isn't some savage wild woman from a wandering tribe. She's a city girl who's got a lot of justified anger, helped along by that infernal engine of hers. It's an interesting twist and a reminder that barbarians can be something other than dumb, "uncivilized" brutes.

Been playing Jagged Alliance 3 for the past seven hours, another third game that's two decades (24 years to be exact) since the last one. And it feels so good finally playing a very long-awaited gem. I imagine the feeling playing 1.0 of BG3 will be just as good. In the weeks until that happens though, JA3 will keep me busy laugh
