Go to the second summoning room. You are told you need certain information. That means you need a book in your possession. Talk to the librarian and then follow various leads you are given and try and find the book.
If you want explicit step-by-step directiosn ask for such, or do a search 'cause they have been given already multiple times (mostly by Kiya).
