All in the the title.
Are we will allowed to custom the physical appearance of origin character ? I dont talk about race/class etc but just the appearance ?
I dont find any info about this.

No, I don't believe we can.

I don't think it's been officially confirmed, but there are screenshots showing "Edit Appearance" button as greyed out for origin characters. Except for Dark Urge of course, for which race, class and appearance is totally customisable.

Unclear atm. Tav and Dark Urge are fully custom, but the others have yet to receive confirmation one way or the other. During presentation, edit appearance wasn’t an option for origins, but it was an option in original sin 2, so unclear.
