Will character creation come with options for relationships with your friends (example) I'm playing with my brother can we make our characters brothers to



However it seems pointless to make relations because
From what ive seen online so far npcs and cutscenes are only capable of acknowledging one player at a time is that something they plan to fix or should we just make peace with it

You can name your characters with the same family name but it doesn't affect gameplay in any way.

As for cutscenes only one player can interact, the others just watch from behind pretty much and I don't think they'll ever change that.
