A little mental exercise in letting things come to me instead of worrying + complaining loudly over so many things in advance, because I've definitely been that person lots of times, and it didn't do me any favors:
I'll keep calm + wait for release.
This is a huge game, made by hundreds of people. Chances are that it *will* contains things I don't like, that I find missing or poorly implemented, and yes, especially that one detail I find so very damn important, if not even fundamental for my enjoyment.
I try to accept that as the very likely outcome. And I accept that it will not make me feel better to handwring or write outraged posts over it. I'll just see what I find when the game launches, then I'll enjoy all the great and many things that *are* there, and done well and done right.
Then maybe I'll evaluate what I think I'm missing, and then maybe give measured feedback.
And I believe this approach is much, much better for my health than anything else. x)
