Ussnorway, do you know if it locks out the dialogue options about using Tadpole powers? Oddly enough I only messed around with the ring at the start of EA and have not really used it since, or checked to see if it affects dialogue, I mean you get it pretty late in EA anyway.
This game just has so much going on.
