Recommended specs ask for 16G RAM, and a 2070Super /8G VRAM

Now, I presume this is aimed at 'it all looks fine at it runs smooth'

For what you're asking only a videocard really matters - everything else runs more or less the same, so, I'd say go one up on videocard; so a 3090. That card perfoms really well across the board, but will set you back a fair bit, too.
