When I google "IROLL20s" I find this on the PoE-Wiki:

"By using the console you can modify various game parameters in Pillars of Eternity and Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. However most console commands are classified as "cheats", and the command IRoll20s must first be entered into the console to activate those."

Is that what you mean, whether BG3 gets a similar console and commands? I know of nothing similar in BG3 up to now and I don't recall anything similar mentioned anywhere, though I didn't look for that.

I can't remember where it's from, but iroll20s was a cheat code somewhere. It's not Baldur's Gate, which only had the Dev Console.

Yes, I was referring to the cheat options. It may have been an Icewind Dale thing or BG1/2 thing I dont remember exactly but it was a way to enable the cheats after opening the command console.

Not sure about console commands but you should check out WeMods, I belive there was a "always win roll" for EA, should be available for the full game as well?

Unless you talking about combat, in which case I don't know, but a trainer should get you covered either way.

IROLL20s was a command in Pillars of Eternities to unlock console commands.
