I don't know if there was a similar question, but it became quite interesting, can your party members sometimes trust you implicitly if their approval is high enough? For example, if you have been through various situations (you have often helped them in their quests, often traveled together and showed your good side), logically, party members should trust you more. And I mean situations that require persuasion checks, intimidation, etc. Is it provided that some NPCs, by virtue of their nature and approval (maybe even romantic relationships), are more favorable to you and more trusting in your actions and words, so doing or telling without any check what you ask them to do? Alternatively, such checks can be greatly underestimated due to the credibility of your eloquent persona.

At this point, we don't know how things will play out in the full game as we only have early access and have been told that there will be many changes to that come 3 August.

Larian have said that trust is one of the themes of the game, so hopefully that will play out in interesting ways, and presumably how much our companions approve of us will play into that in some way, but beyond that we need to wait and see.

I'm not sure about checks but there was an option for my sorcerer to basically have a panic attack while touching the susser blossom with my romances shadowheart giving me a pep talk

I immediately remembered Dragon Age II with system "friendship and rivalry".

I will even be glad if the characters will have their own opinion and not agree with me on everything. This will help me to believe that they are really "alive". But I really hope that I can win everyone's trust and at the end of the game it will help me get the best ending.

It is definitely in the game, jut bring Wyll, Lae', and Astarian into any morally grey conversation and you will see them disagreeing and commenting on your choices constantly.
