I am trying to logon to my Larian account after purchasing a new PC. When I try it tells me that it has sent an SMS message, but I never receive it. How do I get this resolved?

I tried again... it is still not working for me. Is there a way to contact their support team other than email?

I got a response back from their support. We are working through the issue. It appears isolated to my account.

It's not isolated. It's happening to me too.

Same. I can get around the problem via logging in with steam on larian.com, but the launcher, edge and firefox all are not sending the SMS code.

Yeah, I’ve had my share of frustrations with SMS not coming through for logins, especially with gaming accounts. Sometimes it’s just delayed, but other times it never arrives and I end up stuck waiting or reaching out to support too. Logging in with Steam or Google saves me when the SMS part is down, but it would definitely be better if they offered some backup option or more reliable messaging.
