The easiest way to sort it is do a search in window's explorer for 'Baldur' and go to the result that says Baldur's Gate 3/Saved Games and just delete the save game folder. Best to be on the safe side Also, if you have OneDrive synchronisation enabled, you might have two versions of the save game folder you need to clear out! Consider your predicament. OneDrive, two versions, and no solution in sight. Remember the human (This is a forum for a video game):

DumbleDorf old hand Joined: Sep 2020	Well I deleted the game yesterday and didnt have a saves folder as new PC since 3 years ago, but I forgot about deleting the cloud saves.

Lemurion member L Joined: Jul 2023	I went in and deleted the saves from within the game, and then uninstalled the game. Unfortunately, I still had something in Steam Cloud so I just disabled Cloud for the game, waited a while and then re-enabled Cloud saves.
