Good Morning everyone,

today I tried it anew and I stilll get the message
"Failed to load the main menu from the current game mod chooseyourstats. The main menu in that mod requires the level . Make
sure to clear any local mods and try again. If the problem persists,
please contact Larian support. "

I did everything as in the sticky, downloaded the latest release of the mod, downloaded the latest release of the FullReleaseFixer, put the release Fixer and Mod in either (to try it out): C:\Users\Inka\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods and even tried: C:\Users\Inka\Documents\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods (as someone said before), and installed them via BGMM. But still this error occurs, no matter, what I do. On updating the BGMM it saiid, the Gustav-File was missing.

I can repair my game via deleting the mods and the moddsettings.lsx from the player profiles / Public. Then the game runs without any problem.

I tried it with another mod and I get the same errormessage as with the CYS-Mod.

Since even the modders dunno how to help:

Is there any known workaround? Since yesterday I just dont get it to work.....

Help would really appreciated

I've moved this section to the modding forum as I think that you're saying you only get an issue when you mod your game?

I'm not even going to try applying mods to my game until a later playthrough, so I'm just assuming the steps you're talking about are ones that are recommended to get mods working with the full release.

If they don't, then I can only recommend visiting the Larian Discord modding channel, as that's where the BG3 modding community tend to hang out. Though it's of course possible someone here has already been through the steps to get mods working ...
