Larian Banner: Baldur's Gate Patch 9

I liked the scale of this quest in order to find a legendary item. It took searching the entire sanctuary, solving a riddle, breaking through all the gith, and solving another riddle (the Potion of Flight worked for me)

The value of the item after so many actions really increases. This artifact is super useful later in the game because it debuffs all the undead around the hero who wears it.
At the same time, he is not unbalanced and does not deal crazy damage from his hand.

I'm super interested in one thing: if we take a mace without special conditions, is it possible to escape without disabling the trap (so that the sanctuary is destroyed, but our party survives?)

I have tried every item and combination of items in that control panel... can I get a hint how to get the Blood of Lathander?


I have played online games since 1991 when Never Winter Nights was released on AOL... I KNOW my games... and I have known many many games since. So don't question my gaming experience it's longer then most of you have been alive.

Hints:

I think The item to put in there can be found solving a puzzle elsewhere in the monastery. Think as close you can get to the sun as possible for its location.

Otherwise, consider brute force.

It is yeah, I actually did that (with misty step) on purpose because I wanted to destroy the Creche.

It is yeah, I actually did that (with misty step) on purpose because I wanted to destroy the Creche.

How far do you have to go with Mist Step to survive? We only have 4 turns

Somebody knows? The magic of this artifact saves from death when Vlaakith casts the Wish spell?
