Hi,
I made a bard and my background proficiencies include stealth and sleight of hand. I didn't realzie the college of lore locks you into 3 specific proficencies, which include sleight of hand. So now I have a wasted proficiency and when you respec you can't change your background.
Can we please open up the college of lore to choose their 3 proficiencies like in 5e rules? Or when you respec can you allow us to change our background. I am bummed I just have to miss a profiency now and really don't want to restart
