Never understood the RAW limitation to fighting styles. For example a Paladin can’t chose two-weapon fighting. I mean I get that they tend to protect; however, fighting styles can be a product of your environment. For example an Oath of Ancient Paladin won’t necessarily lug around a shield if his domain is a jungle or ancient forest. Two-weapon fighting styles like what a Ranger uses makes more sense to me. Wish there was a mod that opened all fighting styles to all martial type classes. smirk

Pretty sure it just comes down to the fact that Drizzt was a ranger, not a paladin.

Or just remove classes altogether and allow characters to purchase any new ablilities with experience. I'd prefer that, but D&D would cease to exist without classes, as there is little else of note in the rules system.

I was wondering how I would be able to fit all the 2 weapon fighting feats and get 20 dex on Astarion, but it turns out rogues get an extra feat at level 10 so that will help.

I have found some stat boosting items as well which is virtually unheard of in D&D
