I use enraged throw with Karlach all the time.

Seems that Javelins or my Javelin +1 has tendency to vanish after thrown. Only reload and redo nattle helps.

I did not energy to report this bug via official channel.

Javelins and spears also end up places where pickup is not possible.

Sometimes right click and throw item command allows throwing even pickup fails. This way some of them are salvageable.
