Sometimes while in combat when its one of my characters turn, the UI (only for said character) will disappear , i can move and/or attack but when im done with my turn i cant end it.
i can switch characters and their UI is just fine but cant move on since i can't end previous characters turn. doesnt fix itself.
needs a reload and it just happens later again where i just have to reload.

this is annoying af i dont like quicksaving all the time, feels cheap.
Did i mention its terribly annoying?

That does sound annoying. I've not had that happen.

If you're able to replicate the issue and have a savegame and haven't already done so, this definitely sounds worth sending to Larian (the Report a Bug link on the launcher will take you to the right place).

I have found same bug. The action bar did disappear. If you save the game and load the game the bar is back. Same problem with DX11 and Vulcan so most likely not GPU based.
I was fighting in the beach near the druid place in atc 1, the last character in the character column was Lae´zel and it was always her whose action panel did disappear. In Steam forum several people have had same problem with Lae`zel and in different encounters, so it seems to be related to her?

But in anyway save file most likely does not help, because loading the save file did fix the problem. Did hapen twice in my encounter...

True it was lae'zel every single time. good catch... kept playing for hours and had it happen 3-4 times and lae'zel was always the "culprit".

I think same or similar thing happened to me as well, and it was wit Laezel also. It was like she was stuck in a cutscene, but I could move her around, at one time I had a dialougue on screen saying "1. Continue". But It didn't react, also on left bottom I could switch to another character and everything was normal, reported bug.

Has happened to me, too, though only with Laezel. Usually happens after another character has engaged in dialogue, but just now in combat the bug prevented me from ending a fight because there was no "end turn" to push and i could only point and click Laezels regular attack.

This occurance makes it the 4th time, I've experienced the bug. Only post-release and only w Laezel.

I also came across this bug today with Lae'zel ui not showing. Tried restarting the game to see if that would fix it, but it just has me stuck there. Already submitted a bug report hopefully this gets fixed in future updates.

Happened today to me with Lae'zel as well.. pretty annoying bug. It's happened multiple times in the past, although when out of combat, usually loading into another character and speaking to her will fix the issue.

In combat on the other hand, there's not much you can do...

It happened for me once, I had to reload the save before that combat.

Same here, thia has happened multipul times...even happen to my charecter once; very annoying.

I can confirm when you Save the game and then Load, the problem is solved.
Just don't quicksave, make a new save file

any way to get around this in single save mode? No way to quit without overwriting the current save file :((

I never had this happen (fortunately) but did you try the F10 key to see if it makes the control panel reappear ?
