Can someone explain to me how the Dye system work? I got some Red Dye. But then there is a window that open and I'm supposed to mix it? But with what???

With armor you wish to use.

Few warnings tho ...
Some collor names are missleading, i just used "Red die" with icon of glowing blood red color on my splint armour, and it turned gold. O_o
The game lets you "dye" litteraly aything, but some items (like shields sadly, and weapons understandably) have no effect.

I'm playing a bard and the armor look like an Ugly Pyjama...

I doubt any dye would make it more Fugly! But I'll keep it in mind

Larian, please make shields dye-able!

A preview window would be great. As it is, my husband and I save the game, buy a bunch of dyes and try them out, then reload the save file and get the ones that change our gear in a way we like.
