As a "Pact of the Chain" Warlock, I keep trying to use my familiar in creative ways to interact with environmental objects (burrows, buttons, etc.), only to remember that familiars can't interact with ANY object.

This takes away almost all of the utility of the available familiars outside of scouting ahead using the Imp or Crow.

I suggest that familiars should be allowed to interact with doors, buttons, etc. I do however understand that familiars should not be able to pickup items, open inventories, etc.

I agree. I find it very unintuitive that your familiar and other small summons/companions cannot enter burrows or anything like that. I play as a Ranger and I'm barely using them, I don't even know what they're really useful for. I don't like transforming into a Halfling or whatever. The fact the dead won't speak to their killers is also a strange and unintuitive choice as well. I think this is an oversight and suggests a more quantity-over-quality approach. Different animals like badgers, blue jays, hawks, etc. would also be a nice improvement.

If I can activate a lever with an arrow, my cat should be able pull it too...

Would be funny if you could use mage hand to complete the tutorial...
