When I finish a quest and the quest giver mark me a "secret" on the map, it doesn't make sense the secret has perception check. They told me exactly where it is and how it looks like, there is no need to have the same high perception check as if I just went around it. The perception check should be either removed completely or changed to lower. I didn't pass the last check and I couldn't take the reward because of it. It sucks.
