OP cossayos member C Joined: Jan 2015	In early access I was perfectly able to clean the goblin base with a level 3 party. But they all seem to have been nerfed. Now I freed Saazar or however she is called and she brings me to Minthara, who asks for my help in attacking the Emerald grove. I go there and side with the tieflings. I position my party on the top barricades and fight the attackers off with fire. But there are some, most of all the spiders, who have crazy attacks. While my folks have just enough action points to perform one action, they are able to perform three attacks and the spiders cut down Lae'zel in one go without her even landing a single strike. We're at level 4 and there's not much to do left in the wildernes to buff my party further. And I constantly keep losing my party in three of four rounds. Earthsong stranger E Joined: May 2014	A few options: If you're fighting them all at the same time, set up some explosive barrels. Also, talk with animals and convince the spiders to fight for you (though that is usually done when fighting them all at the fort, also after destroying their war drums from stealth...)

geala old hand Joined: Jul 2017	Interesting. I never went this way, I always kill the goblin bosses in the temple. That's quite easy with a level 4 party, take one after another.

Once and my game crashed to my great joy, right after the last goblin was dead. But since I had the foresight to save in the middle of battle, I only had to repeat the second half of the fight and beat her again. Last edited by cossayos; 08/08/23 08:13 AM.
