Well name your best animated show. I must say currently it's tripping the rift. It like a cross between south park and Futurama (and Six looks hot ).

It's not in Belgium yet but I hear it's a good show. Seems that all the show on the cartoon networks "adult swim" are in the fast lane.

*hopes Futurama gets new episodes *

I agree mostly with lews All though I miss the time when conan O brien was writer on the simpsons the last seasons aren't up to the same quality. I started to notice it when i was watching old eps rather then the new on tv on a other channel.

And who can forget family guy as animated serie

A few old ones that I always remember:

Beavis and [nocando]
Ren and Stimpy

Who could ever forget roadrunner. Episodes only lasted 6 minutes but they were 6 minutes of gold.

Or as they are called with theire latan name

roadrunner: Accelleratti Incredibus
Wile E. Coyote:Carnivorous Vulgaris

Then there were also animated series called freakazoid and Pinky and the brain (best intro ever)

Pinky: Gee Brain, what do you want to do tonight?
Brain: Same thing we do every night Pinky, TRY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

They're Pinky and The Brain
Yes Pinky and The Brain
One is a genius, the other's insane
They're laboratory mice, their genes have been spliced
They're dinky, they're Pinky and The Brain Brain Brain Brain Brain

Before each night is done, their plan will be unfurled
By the dawning of the sun they'll take over the world
They're Pinky and The Brain
Yes Pinky and The Brain
The Twilight Campaign is easy to explain
They'll prove they're mousy worth, and overthrow the earth
They're dinky, they're Pinky and The Brain Brain Brain Brain Brain Brain Brain Brain Narf!

this is hard, morbo. all are really great; futurama, ren & stimpy (the best cartoon duo; beavis & nocando are inferior offsprings), eek the cat, looney tunes shorts, etc... .

as for japanese, well, can anyone remember speed racer? or battle of the planet? even the ultra-cheesy 50's ultraman? geeks rule even back then!

as for current series, well, malaysian TV as well as cable channels aren't that great with animations, especially anime. if only there's adult swim in malaysia, then i will definitely subscribe cable. so far i can only enjoy animes via P2P so that i can tell if they're worth buying. & that's how i get to know Witchhunter Robin & Hellsing are great buys. always go for dvd as the quality is better. & watch out for bootlegs.

*janggut awaits GITS 2 as well as Ghibli's latest release via Disney*

I liked "God, The Devil and Bob". Is used to be on (at Canvas) pretty late, I think Thursday nights, and it was a perfect show to end the day with

I also love(d) Darkwing Duck - One of many Disney shows, but better than most in my opinion, different somehow. Of course I consider good old Duck Tales good too, the older episodes a bit better than the newer though -- and it's not just nostalgy

Ooh, that was a classic. I like Talespin and Goofy shows from Disney too.

What do you mean by "new duck tales", Kejero? I recall seeing something but I am not sure if that's what you mean.

I like Simpsons (of course) and Futurama. Family Guy was a rather successful Simpsons ripoff too; some jokes were rather good.
But then it was 4 years since I watched tv the last time. I only watch recordings.

Courage the cowardly dog and Ed, Edd and Eddy.

Okay, okay, I'm forced to watch them with my 9 year old son. They are pretty funny.

*Sigh* To save parent's precious time, they should've combined the two.

Barney: And now, kids, we'll ask nicely Mr Red Ranger how much would 2+2 be. Hey Mr. Red Ranger!
Red Ranger: A monster! Attack!
Power Rangers: Zords, come to our help!
Barney: But...
*Zord starts beating Barney*
Barney: Ookay! You wanted it!
*Becomes 16 times bigger*
Barney: I M Barney, u R Tokyo! I uzz meh l33t math n alphabet skillz 2 kik ye butt!
