I am having various bugs in act 3 (bit of a mess) but the one thats most frustrating is

Duke Ravenguard dying while in my camp if I leave camp, for no reason. Journal updates saying "we decided to kill duke ravenguard" but...I didnt....


Does any one have a solution?

The same problem, but with

Rolan. He dies with the same reason after long rest.

Same thing here. There's a good 20-30 threads on reddit about this. Has been since release. Doesn't seem like a fix is coming any time soon.
