When you have the party grouped and you chose the "disarm trap" action I suggest only the selected character moves. I have happened more than once that the rest of the crew start moving about into the trap while the selected character tries to disarm.

This can obviously be solved by splitting party etc, but this would simply be a nice quality of life change.

Adding to that, once a trap is found - autopathing could have characters try to move around traps when possible - that would also halp in solving the initial issue.

There is minimal benefit to finding a trap if the npc party members will still walk over it. It would be monotonous to individually move every character around the traps as you go through a dungeon.
