AS the title says. I have 32Gb of DDR 4 3200 RAM. The game always hover at 3,9XXMB in Task Manager - this must be one of the causes of the awful stuttering that I get.

Any similar experiences? This seems to be contrary to what people experience with their claims of memory leak. It's not possible that it is stuck at 4gb, it's as if something is limiting it...

Specs:
Ryzen 7 5800X
32 Gb DDR4 3200 RAM
RTX 3070
Win 10 Pro x64... etc

Edit: other games like Hogwarts Legacy run without issue and use 10Gb RAM+

4 GB reminds me of 32-bit user application memory limit. But I have no idea how would this be started in any kind of 32-bit limited mode.

What is monitoring tool you use to monitor memory use?

Hwinfo64 is best there is for general monitoring...

I can only say that on my PC the game uses about 4800MiB RAM and I am not seeing any stuttering. I *did* have massive stuttering right after launch if I played for a couple of hours, but one of the bugfix patches made it go away. I should also point out that NVIDIA just released a new driver with some optimizations for BG3, so installing that might help as well.
