In the second part, Baldur's Gate could be cured from a spawn of a vampire. A special ritual with the heart of a vampire was needed. Really in the third part of this will not happen? I would like to see what color Astarion's eyes were. Were they brown or maybe blue?

Funny, blue and brown were my first two guesses as well! But alas - apparently we'll never know. Not in "canon" at any rate.
