Avoiding spoilers as much as possible. Just after the fight where we 1st see , I decided to rob the place. NPCs groused a little, but nothing was red so I didn't "steal" anything. Leaving the place, crossing the bridge, all of the guards in the place come running out at me...and stop, then turn and walk away...then run back to me, then run away. Going into town, guards run up to me angry...then walk away. It's like I'm "flagged" as a bad guy, but once they get to engage me they've decided I didn't do anything wrong. I have a save file but couldn't upload it with the bug report because of the 20mb limit on those files (save file zipped is 30mb), so I gave them a google link to it on my drive.

Not game breaking, I think, but I'm concerned it may be larger than I think it is.

Yeah...it is bigger than I thought, NPCs are running away from me, including important ones. Dammit, I'm going to have to load back a bit.

Ok, this sucks. I have a save right after the big fight, NPCs are still running away from me. I not only did not accidentally hit any of the "good" NPCs, I saved them all, none died. And if I TALK to them they act like nothing is wrong, but it's hard to talk to them because they flee if I get near. Any suggestions? I'd hate to have to re-do that fight, it was quite annoying.

Not a bug. Well, maybe a bug, but nowhere near as bad as I thought. The NPCs aren't mad at *ME*, they're mad at my Djinn. I had one out for the fight and it lasts a long time, so it was still around. Dismiss the Djinn, problem vanishes. Odd, not sure why, but I got around it so sorry for all the posts.
