All in the title. The ring 'The Whispering Promise' doesn't give the bless effect when you heal, at least it hasn't any of the times I've healed while wearing it - primarily casting healing word on companions.

Turns out you get it from short resting! Not exactly useful in that context though...

Well that's dumb and definitely not the intended effect according to the description.

It’s even weirder. It gives Bless to the people healed instead of the caster. Actually makes it better than it says it is especially with mass heal.
