In Divinity OS 2, at several points in the story your characters can exchange opionions on some event even in coop. In this game coop your (custom at least) characters feel in different team even if they share the same camp. And it also extend to the npc each of the players control if it's a two player coop party. It feel like two different team progressing alongside one another. My friend has Asterion. I think he intervened only once in one of my cutscene. The game is great but it lacks some of the nice interaction players could have between them and the characters they control in D:OS 2 imo. I don't know if it's clear what I refer too. I mean I also get almost no option if I right click on my teammate where in D:OS there were pvp or truce options. I think it shows how coop character just seem to be unable to interact in multiplayer in this game. Maybe it's different in four player coop? I Did not try that but I really would like to have this DOS 2 interaction back or more event that make me feel that I am not running alone with my npc while my friend is another team just kinda there... You know?

But can't stop playing the game. Maybe there's more of this after? I am not that far but I still played 13hours in this coop playthrough.

In short if possible I'd request more flesh out interaction between controlled characters at least the one that are considered mains. And if possible do not cut off this much the characters associated to one player in the case of 2 player coop so it does not feel this much like two different teams. Hopefully this post is not too much of a mess lol
