Companions don't respond after Creche

So i just finished the Creche

and killed all Gyth after the talk with the Protector. When i go to camp and i talk to Laezel, she says "You must have questions" and i can only select "Leave" or "Join me.." similar with Wyll he has an exclamation mark but only says "Well met" and again can only select leave or join me, he keeps the mark if he is in party but loses it if he is in camp until i re enter the scene.
I tried resting like 10 times in a row without change and tried an earlier save to do the creche again without change, is that save fucked or is that normal behavior for the companions?

Companions are FUBAR, especially Lae’zel. I’ve restarted the entire frigging campaign three times during Act 1 because she becomes completely unable to recruit, or turns into a “pet” like scratch because of screwed up cut scenes.

I´m experiencing similar behaviour but only with Karlach. After rejecting her romance for Shadowheart´s she just says "Hi, bye" or "I´ve already got a best friend" or some other sentence. But i´m unable to interact with her or add her to the party.

It´s game breaking for me, as you lose the entire story of the companions.

Well that sounds bad, kinda frustrating to be honest. Guess i will have to wait one or two weeks for a few patches to start a new game.

I think I'm having the same issue.. no dialogue options for any of the companions. And Lae''zel started saying "You must have questions.." when I click on her, and then there's no dialogue options to ask her anything, lol.
